Yes — a deposit of 25% of the booking price secures your date, with the balance due before the event. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit, since we turn away other bookings once your date is held.
Do you offer extended hours or add-ons?
Yes. Every package runs two hours by default, with additional time at a flat $100 per hour. Custom-printed backdrops, a signature flower wall, and a complete post-event digital gallery are all available as add-ons.
How do guests get their photos?
Guests text or email their photos to themselves on the spot, and prints come out within seconds on the Print and Luxe packages. After the event we deliver a full online gallery of every session to you.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured whenever it is required — just send us your venue’s requirements and we handle the paperwork.
